Sheaffer is one of America's most storied pen brands, with a history stretching back to 1912 when Walter Sheaffer began making pens in the back room of his jewellery shop in Fort Madison, Iowa. Over the following century, Sheaffer produced some of the most innovative and iconic writing instruments ever made, and their pens remain popular with writers and collectors worldwide. What Makes Sheaffer Special
Sheaffer pens are characterised by their elegant, understated design and their trademark white dot, originally a quality control mark applied by Walter Sheaffer himself to indicate a pen had passed his personal inspection. The white dot has remained a signature of the brand ever since and is instantly recognisable to pen enthusiasts.
