Kaweco Special Fountain Pen - Black
The Kaweco Special Fountain Pen in black is made from high-quality aluminium with a satin gloss surface, which achieves both high quality and simplicity. The pen is compatible with ink cartridges or Kaweco converter for use with bottled ink. Due to the pleasant diameter of 10mm, the fountain pen fits particularly well in the hand and does not tire you when writing.
The Kaweco Special Fountain Pen comes presented in a metal tin with matching cardboard sleeve, along with a small international standard ink cartridge in Royal Blue. Please note, it will not accept a standard length converter and a Kaweco mini Converter is needed. If you purchase a converter, be sure to remove the ink cartridge in the barrel before installing it.
Kaweco was established in 1883 by Mercents Carl Luce and Friedrich Enßlen, under the Heidelberger Federhalterfabrik name. They began manufacturing dip pens, and a little later, also began importing fountain pens and gold nibs from Morton, New York. In the ensuing 125 years, the company continued to grow and today stand as one of Europe's premier fountain pen producers.
