We are a proud Welsh company and in 2022 (and again in 2023) released a Red Dragon numbered edition Retro 51 Tornado rollerball pen, with 600 in total. We have now added an even more special Limited Edition called the Gold Dragon.

500 have been made, each individually numbered from 001/500 to 500/500 and no more will be made.

History of Wales, our home country

Wales is a relatively small country of 3 million - with a proud population and a history of music and the arts. Our flag is also apparently the coolest flag in the world, according to the 'Ranker' website which allows people to rate just about anything!

To celebrate our nation and our flag, we are announcing a new and exclusive pen which is available only from us.

The Gold Dragon or Y Ddraig Aur (in Welsh) is the latest Retro 51 Tornado Rollerball pen which boast their usual solid quality, smooth writing characteristics and striking design.

We know we’re biased, but we think this is a great looking design. The sleek mixed brass and black trim, 3D acid etched barrel with glossy black lacquer outlining the gold dragon really does looks great. The brass barrel is lightly covered with clear lacquer too to ensure the dragon stays bright in colour and does not patina over time.
