VAT and Currency

UK customers should see prices including UK VAT on each product page. It may take a few seconds to load the Inc. and Ex. Vat prices due to how our system has to be set to work for overseas customers too. If only one price is showing, it will be the EX Vat price and may be due your IP address displaying as overseas.

All prices are shown in British pounds (£) but you can select other currencies in the top right dropdown. You can pay in your own currency and you will know the exact price you'll pay on your card. You will probably still have to pay some form of import duty to your local tax authorities when your parcel arrives.

Delayed Deliveries

For deliveries in the UK, Royal Mail suggests 1-4 working days for parcels to arrive.
For deliveries in Europe, Royal Mail suggest 7-10 working days for parcels to arrive.
For deliveries to the Rest of the World, Royal Mail suggests up to 21 working days for parcels to arrive.

If you find that your order has taken longer than the suggested delivery time, before you contact us please ensure that you have checked with your local sorting office to see if they have your order. They will not always leave you a card to inform you that there is a parcel waiting for you, but you can generally call them and they can advise if your parcel if it is there.

In the case that your order has been returned back to us because it was left unclaimed or the delivery address was wrong or incomplete, it will be the customers' responsibility to pay for rescheduled delivery.
