Coronavirus Delivery & Operations Update
We have been operating and shipping out orders throughout the UK's Covid19 prevention measures and continue to do so.
Royal Mail are continuing to collect from us daily. This is being done contactlessly, so our staff member and the postal worker do not have to come into direct contact with each other.
Please do not visit us in person at this time. Our local area is experiencing an increase in Covid cases, so we want to protect our staff and customers from potential exposure. If you want to collect an order, please make it online and contact us to let us know you want to collect in person and we'll prepare it for contactless collection.
Royal Mail are still experiencing some delays with deliveries so please be patient. Our local sorting office have said they are seeing lots more parcels in their systems and they had lost up to 30% of their staff due to illness or self-isolation, which is replicated across the country so things may take longer to arrive.
We have a large amount of stock, but some of our suppliers have low stock and a backlog from the factories, and this will make getting some items difficult for the next few weeks. We will try to keep the website fully up to date, but bear in mind that some items may go out of stock for a little while over the coming days and weeks.

Royal Mail are operating quite normally at this time. They have slightly adapted their parcel hand-over and signature retrieval procedure, but there is no significant delay or reduction of service.
