Returns Policy


Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulation (formerly EU Distance Selling Directive).

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of INITIAL delivery.

If you upgraded your postage for example to Guaranteed Next Day, we will refund the standard postage cost. You will be responsible for the return postage cost to us in the event of a cancellation and it is suggested that you use a tracked method to return items so that there is a record or the posting and delivery.


You are required to cancel your order in writing (by law) Please do this by contacting us by email and including your name, date of order and your order reference number. Your refund will be paid within 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.


Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and we reserve the right to reduce the refund value if the item have been handled more than would be reasonable to initially test the pen and as a result shows wear and tear.


Please thoroughly clean any ink from fountain pens and return all original packaging and items we included with the order for free.

We reseve the right to use mild expletives if we have to flush ink out of a pen that you have changed your mind about keeping after purchase.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
